1. Who We Are
PromptOptimizer is a free web tool available at promptoptimizer.boomlac.com, operated by boomlac.com. We build developer-focused AI productivity tools.

2. What Data We Collect
We collect no personal data. Specifically:
- We do not require an account, login, or email address.
- We do not store the prompts you submit.
- We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
- We do not use third-party analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics).
- We do not build any user profile or history.
3. How Your Prompts Are Processed
When you submit a prompt, the text is transmitted over HTTPS to our analysis API (hosted on Google Cloud Functions). The API performs analysis and returns the result to your browser. The prompt text is not written to any database, log file, or persistent storage. It exists in memory only for the duration of the API call and is discarded immediately after the response is sent.
We strongly advise you not to include any personal information, passwords, API keys, or sensitive data in your prompts, as a general best practice when using any AI tool.
4. Cookies
PromptOptimizer does not set any first-party cookies for tracking or analytics purposes.
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). Google may set cookies or log requests as part of their CDN service. This is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. No font loading data is shared with us.

6. Data Retention
Because we collect no personal data and do not store prompt content, there is no user data to retain or delete. Standard server-side infrastructure logs (e.g. request timestamps, HTTP status codes) may be retained by Google Cloud for operational purposes, consistent with their policies. These logs do not contain prompt content.
7. Children's Privacy
PromptOptimizer is a general-purpose developer tool not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/UK). We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
8. Your Rights
Because we collect no personal data linked to you, there is no personal data to access, correct, or delete. If you have concerns, contact us at privacy@boomlac.com and we will respond within 30 days.
9. Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of PromptOptimizer after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
